The Heffner Lexus Service Department aims to provide customers with the most convenient service and customer care possible. From a comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee, newspapers, magazines and a television, to desks with telephones, the goal is to make the customer’s wait as comfortable as possible. For those customers who choose not to wait for their service to be completed, we offer an alternate transportation program to ensure the customer’s maximum convenience.
All makes and models of vehicles can be serviced by our factory trained technicians. Heffner Lexus is also an Accredited Drive Clean Facility.
