Our Toyota Service Department has an opening for a Class A Licensed technician. The opening is for a full time flat rate position, with extremely competitive wages based on experience and training.

  • fully licensed and
  • capable of all tasks relating to those of a licensed technician,
  • while producing quality work in a fast paced busy service department.

 Collision Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) /Appointment Coordinator

The CSR is the first impression that customers and other visitors have when they walk into or call Heffner Toyota Collision Center.

This position is responsible for:

  • Creating a front office atmosphere that fosters a high level of service.
  • Being the point of contact for customers and potential customers;

 The Candidate Must:

  • Be a cheerful character
  • Have excellent customer oriented and communication skills.
    • with the main focus of ensuring all recommended services required for each guest are reviewed with each interaction.
