Congratulations on the purchase of your vehicle. A very exciting time, with a lot of firsts! One of these firsts is when your vehicle hits 8000kms and it is time to bring your vehicle back to us for its first service.

Here are the steps to booking and completing your first service appointment!

Step 1 Go online to our website and fill in the form requesting your first service appointment or phone our BDC department (Book Service Appointment Here)

Step 2 Our BDC team will confirm your appointment. Make sure to put the date of your appointment in your calendar right away so you don’t forget

Step 3 When it’s time for your appointment, drive past the main Toyota building (on the right) where you will see the Service Drive-Thru, stick to the middle or the right lane

Step 4 After a Porter greets you, walk on into our building where you will meet with a  Service Advisor

Step 5 As this is your first appointment, if you have ECP, mentions this as well.

Step 6 Once you are done checking in with your Service Advisor, head over to the café where you will receive your complimentary hot beverage and cookie

Step 7 Now it is time to sit back and relax. Please keep in mind, that although you checked in with your service advisor 10 minutes ago, your vehicle is still going through the sanitization process and being driven into the garage, so the wait time is longer than the actual service being preformed

Step 8 When your service is done, your Service Advisor will come find you in the waiting area and bring you back to their desk to go over the paperwork

Step 9 Head over to the cash office (located in-between the service desks and the parts desk) where you can make a payment if you owe anything and pick up your keys

Step 10 Drive away in your serviced and clean vehicle, as every service comes with a complimentary car wash
